Terms of Service

These terms cover chatdix.com, the ChatDix application, and the live chat widget. By creating a workspace you agree to them.

The service

ChatDix lets you embed live chat on websites you own or operate, manage conversations, and invite agents. Features and plan limits are described on the pricing page and inside the app. We may change the product with notice when a change affects paid limits.

Your workspace

You are responsible for people you invite, content sent through chat, and websites you connect. Do not use ChatDix for unlawful messages, spam, or to collect data you do not have a right to collect.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew until you cancel. Card and PayPal activate when the provider confirms payment. Bank and crypto stay pending until approved. Unused conversation or visitor quota does not roll over unless we say so in the app.

Acceptable use

No abuse of the widget, no attempts to access other workspaces, and no reverse engineering of the service beyond what the law allows. We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other customers.

Availability

We aim for a stable service. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime. Super admin maintenance mode may briefly block tenant sign-in.
