Service

ChatDix provides live chat software including a website widget, agent inbox, and related tools. Features vary by subscription plan.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your workspace. Do not use the service for spam, illegal content, or abuse.

Billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select. You may cancel from the billing page. Refunds are handled per our support policy.

Limitation of liability

ChatDix is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
