The story
Most teams do not fail at support because they lack channels. They fail because the channel they have is email, and the customer is already on a page that could have answered the question in two minutes. Live chat is the obvious fix. The market then wrapped chat in bots, gamification, and dashboards that need a specialist.
ChatDix is the opposite bet. A widget you paste. Visitors you can actually see. An inbox owners and agents share. Plans with numbers you can read. If a feature does not help a real reply happen faster, it does not get a home-screen tile.
What we optimize for
Time to first useful reply. Not time to configure a bot flow. A visitor on /pricing should be talking to a human who can see that URL.
Honest limits. Conversation, visitor, project, and seat caps are visible. We would rather you upgrade on purpose than discover a surprise bill.
Roles that match the desk. Owners run the workspace. Agents handle chats. Impersonation and billing stay where they belong.
Who we are for
Commerce sites, SaaS pricing pages, agencies with several client widgets, and small desks that have outgrown a shared inbox label. If you need an enterprise contact-center suite with workforce management, we will say so — that is not this product. Read solutions for how teams use ChatDix today.
How we work
The product is a web app and an embeddable widget. Platform-level style, plans, and payment rails are operated by the ChatDix super admin so every workspace gets a consistent brand. Workspace data stays in that workspace. Privacy and terms are public: privacy, terms.

We hire people who care about the reply, not the slide deck. Open roles live on careers. Press and partnerships: contact.
